Name, email, shipping and billing address, tax ID (if provided), and order history. For STL quotes, we also store the uploaded file and the specifications you chose.

To process orders, issue invoices, calculate quotes, and communicate about your order status. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We process your data based on the performance of the sales contract, and on compliance with legal obligations (invoicing).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to our contact email. We respond within the legally required timeframe.

We keep order data for the period required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
