FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does production take?+

1 to 4 business days to print, plus 3-5 business days shipping to Portugal or the EU. Custom parts and STL quotes may take longer depending on complexity.

Can I request a color that's not in the catalog?+

Yes — message us before ordering. We work with a wide range of filament colors, even ones not listed in the shop.

How does requesting a print from my own file work?+

Send us the file by email or the contact form, tell us the material and color you'd like, and our team replies with a quote — no obligation to buy.

What file formats do you accept?+

The most common: STL, OBJ and 3MF. Have something else? Ask us — we can convert most formats.

What's the minimum wall thickness or tolerance for fitted parts?+

[to confirm] — it varies by material and geometry. Send the file and we'll tell you if it needs adjusting before we proceed.

What's the maximum print volume you can handle?+

[to confirm] — depends on the technology (FDM or resin). Send us your part's dimensions and we'll confirm it's possible.

Is every color available in every material?+

No — colors vary by material. Check what's available at /materiais or ask us about the color you need before ordering.

Is the lead time the same for every material?+

No — resin parts or larger pieces take longer to print than PLA/PETG/TPU. The estimated lead time shows on each product.

What if the print fails or arrives defective?+

If the issue is on us — a failed print or dimensions that don't match the file you sent — we reprint or refund you, at no cost.

Do you issue invoices with a tax ID?+

Yes — give us your tax ID (NIF) when ordering and the invoice is issued with that number.

Can I return a part?+

Catalog parts have a 14-day return window as required by law. Custom or print-on-demand parts made from your own file are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in case of a defect — see the Returns page for details.
