1. Who we are

Nax3D [legal company name to confirm], tax ID [to confirm], registered at [address to confirm], operates the online shop at nax3d.pt.

2. Orders

Online checkout is still in preparation. For now, an order is placed through direct contact (email or the contact form) and is considered accepted once we confirm payment by bank transfer or MB WAY. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of an obvious pricing error, material unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

For custom parts or parts printed from a customer-supplied file, production only starts once the customer confirms the quote.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Until online payment is available, we accept bank transfer and MB WAY, arranged directly through contact.

4. Shipping

We ship to Portugal and the rest of the European Union. The estimated timeframe shown on each product is indicative — carrier delays are not our responsibility, though we help resolve any issue.

5. Liability

Parts are manufactured by 3D printing and may show minor layer variation compared to the product image — this is not a defect. We are not liable for misuse of parts outside their described purpose.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction legally applicable to consumers.
