1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For ready-made catalog parts, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel the purchase, no reason needed, as required by EU distance-selling law.
2. Exceptions
Custom parts, name-engraved items, or parts printed on demand from an STL file you provided are excluded from the right of withdrawal, since they're made to order — unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
3. How to return an item
Email us with your order number. We'll provide the return address and, once we receive and check the part, process the refund within the legal timeframe.
4. Defective parts
If a part arrives broken, poorly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos — we'll replace or refund it at no extra cost to you.
